Price Policy

If you find a lower price on an identical in-stock item from another retailer operating within Australia, we will beat that price by 5%, provided the conditions on this page are met. The comparison is made on the total price of the item, including GST and delivery charges.

This offer is subject to the following conditions under the Price Policy for ChlorinatorCells.au:

• The item must be identical: the same manufacturer, model, specification and condition (new).
• The other retailer must be an Australian business with an ABN, with the item in stock and able to be delivered to your address at the time you ask us.
• The price must be publicly advertised. Send a link or screenshot to info@chlorinatorcells.au before you order so we can check it. We cannot adjust an order after it has been placed.

We do not match or beat trade quotes, stock liquidations or clearance stock, commercial quantities, items sold on auction or marketplace platforms, used or refurbished items, coupon, cashback, member or bundle pricing, or prices that are an obvious error.

If beating a price would take it below what the item costs us to supply and deliver, we may instead offer to match the price or decline the request. We will tell you before you pay.

This offer is not a statement that our prices are the lowest available. By making a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Price Policy for ChlorinatorCells.au. We reserve the right to modify or terminate this policy at any time without prior notice, but a change will not affect a price we have already confirmed to you. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
